This paint is formulated from high-quality silicone-acrylic resin, combined with pigments, titanium dioxide, various additives, and fillers through a special process. It features excellent stain resistance, allowing the painted surface to be washed easily with simple cleaning and maintenance. It boasts outstanding alkali resistance, mildew prevention, and algae resistance, along with superior weathering properties and color retention. The adhesion is excellent. This product is an environmentally friendly green paint. Color: Various standard colors. Finish: Matte. Solids Content: Approximately 43%. Coverage: Theoretical value of 6-8 square meters per kilogram (dry film thickness of 40 microns), two coats are recommended. Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour, hard dry in 2 hours. Recoating Time: 3-4 hours. Safety: The raw materials do not contain mercury or lead. Dilution: Can be diluted with 5% clean water. Suitable for various new and old exterior wall surfaces, including cement plaster and brick walls. It can be applied using brushing, rolling, or spraying methods. Prior to use, mix thoroughly; all grease, dust, and other contaminants on the surface must be removed completely to ensure the wall is dry, smooth, and solid before application. To meet alkali resistance requirements, seal rough surfaces, or achieve the best results, a coat of Morning Light water-based alkali-resistant primer or oil-based sealing primer should be applied first. High humidity can lead to paint defects, so measure humidity before application, ensuring brick and masonry are below 6%. The optimal application temperature is above 5 degrees Celsius.
