Product Introduction 

Reflective temperature difference insulation coating is a coating made of synthetic resin as the base material, formulated with functional pigments, fillers, and additives, and has high solar reflectance, near-infrared reflectance, and hemispherical emissivity. 

Application Area 

Reflective temperature difference insulation coatings are mainly used in the field of construction engineering for insulation purposes, that is, high reflective insulation coatings are used on the surface of the external enclosure structure to reduce the absorption of solar radiation heat by the building, prevent the temperature rise caused by the absorption of solar radiation on the building surface, reduce the heat transfer to the interior, and achieve the effect of large temperature difference between the exterior and interior. 

Construction Description 

1. Base treatment: Before the base treatment, the wall needs to be cured for a certain period of time. The new cement wall should maintain a maturity period of 30 days, so that the pH value of the wall is less than 12 and the moisture content is less than 10%; 

2. Use exterior wall putty to repair the wall surface. The first layer should be leveled locally, and large holes and gaps should be filled with putty or sealant. After the putty dries, the local area should be polished, and then a full batch of putty should be applied to make the base level. After the putty is completely dry, polish it to make the base level smoothSpray closed anti alkali penetration primer: The closed anti alkali penetration primer does not require water addition. After opening the cover and stirring evenly, it can be directly sprayed or roller brushed. After curing for 2-43 hours, the reflective temperature difference insulation coating topcoat can be applied. 

Construction method:

Reflective temperature differenceinsulation coating topcoat can be mixed with 10-20% water and thoroughlystirred; Spray coating, brush coating, and roller coating constructiontechniques can be used. Please use high-quality construction tools; After eachdip in the material during roller coating, start from the center where thecoating is about to be applied, cross coat up, down, left, and right, and thengently roll in one direction to obtain the same refractive index;

When spraying, the nozzle should always bekept perpendicular to the decorative surface (especially at the corners), witha distance of about 0.3-0.5M (adjusted according to the size of the decorativesurface), and the nozzle pressure should be 0.2-0.3MM2. The spray gun should bepushed forward in a zigzag shape, crossing horizontally and vertically. Themovement of the spray gun should be balanced and the coating amount should beconsistent. It should not stop or move at any time, but jump forward to avoidmaterial stacking, sagging, or missed spraying;

Storage And Transportation

1. The product should be sealed and storedin a dry and well ventilated warehouse, with a storage temperature of above 5 ℃and below 35 ℃, to prevent immersion in water and direct sunlight, isolate fromfire sources, and keep away from heat sources;

2. The product has a storage period of oneyear from the date of production, provided that it meets the storageconditions. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected. If it meetsthe standards, it can still be used. 3. During transportation, the productshould be protected from severe cold, rain, and direct sunlight, and shouldcomply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.

Health And Safety

This product is a new generation ofenvironmentally friendly coating, which has very little impact on the coatingpersonnel and the environment. However, we still remind you responsibly: pleasetry to avoid breathing or inhaling paint mist as much as possible. If thecoating splashes on the skin, immediately rinse with detergent, soap, and tapwater; If it splashes into the eyes, please rinse with clean water and seekmedical attention promptly.
