Our company focuses on aerogel, a cutting-edge new material known as the solid with the lowest density in the known world. Composed of micro-nano fibers, it boasts exceptional properties: ultra-low density (5-50 kg/m³), ultra-high porosity (≥99%), large specific surface area (800-1000 m²/g), a wide operating temperature range (-196°C to 1500°C), and strong chemical stability (acid and alkali resistance). The material’s heat insulation mechanism relies on the "no convection" effect, "infinite baffle" effect, and "infinite path" effect, achieving 3-8 times the thermal insulation performance of traditional materials. With a thermal conductivity as low as 0.023 W/(m·K) at room temperature, it requires only 1/2 to 1/5 the thickness of conventional materials for equivalent insulation. It is non-combustible (Grade A/A1 per GB8624-2012), sound-absorbing, flexible (compression rebound rate ≥95%), and easy to construct—can be folded, cut, and installed efficiently with no dust or residue. Widely applied in petrochemicals, metallurgy, construction, transportation, environmental protection, new energy vehicles, and aerospace, it addresses critical needs such as battery thermal management in new energy vehicles (preventing thermal runaway and extending battery life) and high-performance building insulation (enhancing fire safety, energy efficiency, and soundproofing). Compared to traditional materials like rock wool and glass fiber, our aerogel products offer superior safety, durability, space-saving benefits, and significant energy savings, contributing to carbon reduction efforts.
